What if I don’t have a brand yet?

Don’t worry, we got you! At Together, we offer brand system designs and sprints if you’re starting from scratch. We’ll get you set up with an initial strategy, identity design, and guidelines book that will light the path ahead.

How many designs can I get in a month?

Depends on the complexity of your request! We share new work and updates within 2-3 business days and iterate from there. The best way to keep things moving is to keep your request inbox full and the feedback flowing 😎

Who’s doing all this work?

We’re Together. Brooklyn-based, we’re a decentralized team of senior designers, strategists, and brand creatives. With your subscription, you’ll have a dedicated project manager coordinating the full force of our team to make your requests happen. While in any given month you may have 1-2 designers focused on your brand, we intentionally rotate the talent we have on board for your brand, so that you’re always getting fresh creative (it keeps things interesting for our team, too!).

Is there anything you don’t do?

Good question. The Duo subscription does not include brand identity development, brand naming, animation/motion design, and extensive digital development. We offer add-ons for deliverables like these, in addition to our brand system design packages. Feel free to get in touch and we can find the right approach for you!

What if I don’t need Duo every single month?

All good! You can pause your subscription anytime if you’d like to skip a month. We can pick things back up whenever you’re ready.

Anything I should know about the fine print?

We’re glad you asked. Duo is structured as a collaboration between you and us, so there’s going to be moments where we need your input and direction to keep things moving and ensure you’re getting the most value each month.

Also, Duo is best used for short orders, not highly complex projects. There may be instances where some asks are just too complex and/or long-term (think: building a prototype or a digital platform). In those cases, we may propose breaking up the project into smaller requests or defining a separate scope of work, timeline, and budget to get it all done.

Finally, we don’t issue refunds due to the high quality and creative nature of our work. We offer unlimited revisions during the time of your subscription, and you can always pause or cancel anytime.
